To set the Access Point Name (APN) and turn on data settings, follow these steps:
APN Configuration
Bada
Go to Settings > Wireless Controls.
Go to Mobile Networks.
Go to Access Point Names then click on Menu.
Click Add New.
Enter APN address: APN Address
Leave Username and Password empty.
Save and go back to Home Screen.
