To set the Access Point Name (APN) and turn on data settings, follow these steps:
APN Configuration
Android
Go to the Home screen. To open the menu, swipe up or down on the screen.
Choose Settings.
Choose Connections.
Choose Data usage.
If Mobile data is turned off, turn on Mobile data and choose the back symbol.
If Mobile data is turned on, choose the back symbol.
If Mobile data is turned on, choose the back symbol.
Choose Mobile networks.
Choose Access Point Names.
Choose ADD.
Under Name, enter APN Name
Under APN , enter APN address
Under APN , enter APN address
Under Proxy, Port do not enter anything
Under Username, Password, do not enter anything.
Under Username, Password, do not enter anything.
Choose the options symbol in the upper right corner.
Choose Save.
Check APN Name.
Return to the Home screen.
To reboot the phone, press and hold the power button on the side of the phone.
Choose Restart.
Choose Restart.
The phone will automatically reboot.
If this screen appears, enter the PIN code and choose OK. If this screen does not appear, go to the next step.
If this screen appears, swipe your finger over the screen to unlock it. If this screen does not appear, go to the next step.
The phone is now ready for use.
